Reports to: FD

The Finance Assistant will handle the day-to-day functions of the finance department through reconciling bank transactions in Xero, monitoring and processing purchase invoices through Dext and ApprovalMax and assessment and management of monthly prepayments and accruals.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Daily reconciliation of all company bank accounts
  • Processing of purchase invoices through Dext and ApprovalMax
  • Management of the accounts email inbox
  • Handling supplier and client queries
  • Assisting in preparing monthly and weekly client data reports
  • Assisting in preparing weekly and monthly finance reports

Software used in the Finance department includes:

  • Xero
  • Dext
  • ApprovalMax
  • Soldo

Details: Finance Assistant

  • Full time, Monday to Friday 8 – 6 with an hour for lunch (40 hours)
  • £30-32k salary
  • Hybrid working (3 days in office)
  • Company paid lunch on Monday
